Gudrun Burkhard

Gudrun Burkhard, nascida em São Paulo, filha de pais alemães, licenciou-se em medicina pela Universidade de São Paulo, foi precursora da Medicina Antroposófica no Brasil e fundou vários centros de Desenvolvimento Humano voltados para a cura com base na Antroposofia. Publicou vários livros, e o seu trabalho no campo da biografia humana é respeitado internacionalmente há já várias décadas.
No livroA Vida nas Próprias Mãos, Gudrun divide a biografia em ciclos, explicando o que ocorre em cada fase de sete anos, propõe exercícios e formula perguntas para que o leitor possa elaborar com exatidão a sua biografia e ter uma visão geral de toda a sua vida.
