Gudrun Burkhard

Gudrun Burkhard, born in São Paulo to German parents, graduated in medicine from the University of São Paulo. She was a pioneer of Anthroposophic Medicine in Brazil and founded several Human Development centers focused on healing based on Anthroposophy. She published numerous books, and her work in the field of human biography has been internationally respected for several decades.
In the bookLife in Your Own HandsGudrun divides the biography into cycles, explaining what occurs in each seven-year phase, proposing exercises and posing questions so that the reader can accurately construct their own biography and gain an overview of their entire life.
