É um locutor e escritor português. Atualmente apresenta o programa da manhã da Smooth FM de segunda a sexta e aos fins-de-semana, assegura o programa das manhãs da M80. Começou a trabalhar na rádio aos 18 anos no Grupo Media Capital Rádios, onde se mantém até hoje. É um eterno apaixonado por viagens e por palavras. As da rádio e as dos textos. Em 2013 publicou o seu primeiro livro de crónicas "Já dizia O Outro", um retrato de uma geração e uma sátira social. "Entre o Deserto e a Montanha" é o primeiro livro de poesia do autor. A "Árvore Que Não Fazia Sombra" é o terceiro livro do autor e o segundo de poesia.
