Francisco Simões

Francisco Simões é portista há trinta e muitos anos. É casado, pai de um pequeno portista e vive na Ilha Terceira, nos Açores. Nas horas vagas do seu portismo, é investigador no Centro de Investigação e Intervenção Social do ISCTE-IUL, onde coordena o grupo Comunidade, Educação e Desenvolvimento. Estuda o desenvolvimento social de crianças e jovens, conhecimento que se revelou essencial à elaboração deste relatório. Esta é a sua primeira obra não-científica. Talvez por isso seja a mais rigorosa que teve oportunidade de escrever.
