Francisco George é um médico português, especialista em Saúde Pública. Foi funcionário da Organização Mundial da Saúde (OMS), entre 1980 e 1991 e Diretor-Geral da Saúde de 2006 a 2017. Entre 2017 e 2021 presidiu à Cruz Vermelha Portuguesa. Atualmente é presidente da direção da Sociedade Portuguesa de Saúde Pública.
