Francesca Matteoni é uma poetisa, escritora e historiadora italiana. Trabalhou como investigadora em Inglaterra, estudando os julgamentos das bruxas, a magia dos corpos e o folclore médico nos tempos modernos. Realiza oficinas de leitura de tarot e poesia e ensina História da Religião e Magia em universidades americanas em Florença. As suas publicações mais recentes incluem o livro Dal Matto al Mondo. Viaggio poetico nei tarocchi (effequ, 2019); a coleção de poesia «Libro di Hor» (Vydia, 2019), com imagens de Ginevra Ballati; um ensaio incluído em La scommessa psichedelica (Quodlibet, 2020), editado por Federico di Vita; e a coleção de poesia «Ciò che il mondo separa» (Marcos y Marcos, 2021).
