Francesc Miralles

Nascido em Barcelona, em 1968, é jornalista na área da psicologia e da espiritualidade. Publica frequentemente no El País Semanal e em revistas de desenvolvimento pessoal. Atualmente, dedica-se ao estudo de um método que combina a logoterapia com a cultura ikigai. É ainda coautor do livro Ikigai, Viva Bem até aos Cem (Albatroz, 2016) e de Ikigai, Guia Prático (2018).
