Filipe Domingues (n. 1985) é secretário-geral do Instituto para a Promoção da América Latina e Caraíbas – IPDAL. Iniciou a carreira como jornalista na Rádio Renascença e depois na Sport TV. Autor de artigos de opinião em jornais e revistas, participa frequentemente em conferências e eventos nacionais e internacionais. É licenciado em Ciências da Comunicação, com estudos de pós-graduação em Relações Internacionais e Diplomacia. O Mundo Não Tem de Ser Assim é o seu primeiro livro.
