Filipe Delfim Santos

Filipe Delfim Santos, doutor em Estudos Portugueses pela Universidade Nova de Lisboa, é um dos raros investigadores portugueses especialistas em epistolografia. Desde há 20 anos que se ocupa dos géneros textuais do discurso autobiográfico, tanto no período barroco como no contemporâneo. Criou e gere o site http://missiva.pt/, The Portuguese and Brazilian Letters Project, entre outros trabalhos no campo das humanidades digitais. Por essa razão a direção científica do Congresso Internacional Mariana Alcoforado foi-lhe confiada. Enquanto se ocupava da questão primacial da reordenação das Cartas Portuguesas, Filipe Delfim Santos convidou um especialista na língua francesa seiscentista para levar a cabo essa tradução: Vitor Amaral de Oliveira.
