Filipa Vinha, genuinamente nortenha, é Mestre em Gestão de Empresas (MBA) pela Porto Busi­ness School e Licenciada em Economia pela Universi­dade de Trás-os-Montes e Alto Douro. Em 2015, completou uma Pós-Graduação em Marketing Digital na Universidade Europeia.
A sua principal experiência hoteleira está relacionada com a Estratégia, Marketing & Vendas e Gestão de Turnaround de Hotéis, com especial en­foque em Hotéis Boutique, tendo-se dedicado nos úl­timos 12 anos à sua empresa Milestones, Strategic Thinking in Tourism. Colaborou com várias marcas entre as quais: Accor Hotels & Resorts, Starwood Hotels & Resorts, Design Hotels, Blue & Green Hotels, JNcQUOI. É proprietária do Solar Egas Moniz Charming House, da Milestones, Consultoria em Hotelaria e Turismo e da agência de viagens We Love Small Hotels.
