Jornalista, professor, apresentador e realizador de rádio e televisão. Começou na Emissora Nacional de Radiodifusão e passou sucessivamente pelo Rádio Clube Português, RDP, TSF e TVI.
Com formação em Ciências da Comunicação e Sociologia exerceu funções docentes no Instituto Piaget, Escola Superior de Educação e UAL. Como jornalista trabalhou nos jornais A Capital, Record, O Diário, Jornal de Notícias, Gazeta dos Desportos e Diário Popular. Apresentou o Programa da Manhã, da EN durante dez anos. Realizou e apresentou vários programas de rádio, como o Bancada Central, Lugar Cativo, De um dia para o Outro, entre outros. Como autor, já publicou sobre vários temas que lhe interessam, desde desporto, comunicação, biografia e ficção. Trabalhou nos gabinetes de imprensa das Câmaras Municipais de Lisboa, Seixal e Rio Maior. Atualmente, é radialista na Rádio Amália.
