Atualmente Professora Auxiliar do Curso de Licenciatura em Ciência da Informação e do Curso de Especialização em Ciências Documentais, do Departamento de Ciências e Técnicas do Património da Faculdade de Letras da Universidade do Porto. Tem publicado trabalhos na área da Arquivística e da Ciência da Informação, em particular sobre indexação e instrumentos de acesso à informação, e tem coordenado projetos de investigação em Arquivística, nomeadamente o que se refere ao arquivo da Universidade do Porto.
