Felwine Sarr

Académico, músico e escritor, Felwine Sarr (n. 1972) cresceu entre Dacar e Estrasburgo. É doutorado em Economia e, desde 2007, professor na Universidade Gaston Berger, em Saint-Louis, no Senegal. Editor do Journal on African Transformation, organiza em Dacar, desde 2016, em parceria com Achille Mbembe, os Ateliers de la Pensée, ponto de encontro e de debate entre académicos e artistas africanos, que visam a reflexão sobre transformações no mundo contemporâneo. A sua investigação centra-se na política económica e na economia do desenvolvimento, e, mais recentemente, na questão da restituição do património cultural a países colonizados por nações europeias.
