Trabalhou numa editora londrina enquanto formava uma família e é autora de mais de vinte obras infantis, tanto de ficção como de divulgação.
Após um breve parênteses na sua carreira, voltou a dedicar-se à escrita a tempo inteiro.
Os vizinhos do número 9 é o seu segundo romance.
Felicity voltou recentemente ao Reino Unido depois de passar alguns anos em Melbourne e vive com o marido em Gloucestershire.
