Fábio Yabu
Fábio Yabu was born in 1979 in the city of Santos (São Paulo). He is the son of mathematics teachers Eiji and Satsue, and brother of Érica and Teco. He never caused trouble at school, however, he always preferred letters and drawings to numbers. Therefore, he dedicated himself to writing and drawing for children.
He began his career at age 17, creating comic strips on the Internet. He is the author of several children's books, such as... Raimundo - Citizen of the World and Apolinário - The Dictionary Man, from Panda Books.
The Princesses of the Sea They were turned into cartoons in more than 50 countries, including Portugal.
