Erik L'Homme

Erik L’Homme was born in Grenoble, France, in 1967. A great lover of nature since childhood, he developed a special taste for all kinds of outdoor adventures, which he shares with a passion for books.
Having completed his degree in History, he decided to set off to conquer distant lands, following the example of the heroes he read about. This led him from the mountains of Central Asia, on the trail of the Wild Man, to the Philippines, in search of a fabulous treasure. The first book he published is about the language and culture of the ancient kingdom of Chitral, located between Afghanistan and Pakistan today.
Currently back in Provence, France, he divides his time between journalism (he is the editor of the magazine Jeunes pour la Nature), long walks, and writing his books. The Book of Stars I is his first young adult novel.
