Emma Eberlein O. F. Lima é B.A. nas áreas de Português, Inglês e Alemão e Mestre em Literatura Inglesa pela Faculdade de Filosofia, Letras e Ciências Humanas da Universidade de São Paulo (FFLCH/USP).
É fundadora e Diretora de Cursos da POLYGLOT Ensino e Publicações Ltda., instituto dedicado exclusivamente ao ensino de Português para estrangeiros.
Tem larga e efetiva experiência como docente de conhecidas escolas em São Paulo e como professora independente.
Além disso, presta assistência na preparação e revisão de palestras e apresentações em Português feitas por altos executivos de empresas multinacionais.
Participou de Congressos e Seminários de PLE – Português Língua Estrangeira –, no Brasil e no exterior, e publicou artigos em revistas e periódicos na área.
