Nasceu em Beja em 1971. É Assistente Social e Terapeuta Familiar. Trabalha no social há 25 anos. Em Évora, trabalhou na área da violência doméstica, com crianças e jovens em risco, desenvolvendo diferentes abordagens na intervenção familiar e de grupos terapêuticos com mulheres, recorrendo a abordagens criativas. Adora inspirar os outros e mostrar-lhes que, apesar das dificuldades que possam ter, é o amor próprio a fórmula mágica para encontrar a paz interior. É Mestre de Reiki desde 2017. Desde então, tem lecionado vários cursos. É facilitadora de meditação e de mindfulness, e é Terapeuta Holística. O Meu Livro de Amor é o seu primeiro livro.
