Elliot Ackerman

Elliot Ackerman é um ex-membro da Casa Branca e do Corpo de Fuzileiros Navais dos Estados Unidos que serviu em cinco missões no Iraque e no Afeganistão, tendo recebido algumas das mais altas condecorações militares. É autor de três romances e do livro de não-ficção Places and Names: On War, Revolution, and Returning. Os seus livros foram nomeados para o National Book Award, a Andrew Carnegie Medal e o Dayton Literary Peace Prize. O seu trabalho foi publicado na Esquire, The New Yorker, The Atlantic e The New York Times Magazine, entre outras publicações.
