O Dr. Robert Waldinger é professor de Psiquiatria na Faculdade de Medicina de Harvard e diretor do Estudo de Harvard sobre o Desenvolvimento Adulto. É também cofundador da Lifespan Research Foundation. Formado em Harvard, exerce Psiquiatria e Psicanálise e dirige o programa de Psicoterapia daquela universidade. É também um mestre Zen (Roshi) e leciona meditação em diferentes pontos do globo. A sua TED Talk What Makes a Good Life? é uma das dez mais vistas de sempre.
