Dr. Bill Schindler

O Dr. Bill Schindler é um arqueólogo conhecido internacionalmente, estudioso de artefactos primitivos e chef de cozinha.
Fundou e dirige o Eastern Shore Food Lab, que tem a missão de recuperar e preservar dietas ancestrais que promovam um sistema alimentar nutritivo, ético e sustentável.
É professor de Arqueologia no University College Dublin, na Irlanda.
O seu trabalho e reportagens podem ser vistos nos canais de YouTube das revistas Wired, Basic Instincts e Food Science e em publicações como The Washington Post, The Atlantic e London Times. Foi também apresentador da série The Great Human Race, no National Geographic Channel.
