Diogo Lopes

Diogo Lopes tem dezasseis anos mas fala com a segurança de quem é mais velho.
Aos dez anos descobriu que sofria de Charcot-Marie-Tooth, uma doença neurodegenerativa, também conhecida como atrofia fibular muscular, que leva à perda de força e sensibilidade dos membros superiores e inferiores.
Publicou um livro de poesia, e com as receitas das vendas criou a Associação Portuguesa de Charcot-Marie-Tooth, cujos objetivos passam por alertar a consciência pública para esta doença rara e apoiar os portadores desta síndrome.
Estuda composição na Escola de Música do Conservatório Nacional e toca na Orquestra Big Band Júnior do Hot Clube. O piano é, desde sempre, a sua grande paixão.
