Zack consults with dozens of diverse organizations in the private sector, federal agencies, and the public sector. His clients include: America Online, the U.S. Office of Personnel Management, the International Monetary Fund, DC United, Enterprise Rent-a-Car, the Internal Revenue Service, FEMA, the Department of Homeland Security, and the U.S. Department of Education.
Zack holds an MBA from Cornell University. She has also worked professionally as an investigative reporter, emergency counselor, actress, and disc jockey in the U.S. and Italy.
