Davis Bunn (n. 1952) é um autor americano que nasceu e foi criado na Carolina do Norte. Aos vinte anos foi para a Europa onde concluiu os seus estudos em Economia e Finanças. Prosseguiu um projeto internacional na área financeira, que o levou a trabalhar na Europa, em África e no Médio Oriente. Aos 28 anos, deu início à sua carreira literária tornando-se um autor aclamado internacionalmente. Hoje é escritor residente no Regent's Park College, na Universidade de Oxford.
