David Dinis é jornalista. Com uma longa carreira na comunicação social, é, atualmente, diretor-adjunto do Expresso e comentador na SIC Notícias.

É formado em Comunicação Social e Cultural pela Universidade Católica e é doutorando em Ciência Política no Instituto de Estudos Políticos. Trabalhou em vários meios de referência, como Diário de Notícias, Jornal de Notícias e Diário Económico, tendo sido diretor do Público, da TSF e do Observador (de que foi fundador). Foi assessor de imprensa do primeiro-ministro Durão Barroso. É coautor do livro Resgatados (2012), que relata os bastidores do pedido de resgate e das negociações com a troika em Portugal.

Reconhecido pela sua análise política rigorosa, David Dinis é uma das vozes mais influentes no jornalismo político nacional.
