David Cirici

David Cirici (Barcelona, 1954) foi professor de língua e literatura, guionista de rádio e de televisão, e publicitário: diferentes profissões que têm o denominador comum da palavra e a vontade de contar histórias. Publicou vários romances, tanto para adultos como para jovens, e obteve importantes prémios.
Musgo foi traduzido para várias línguas e tem tido vários prémios e nomeações. Em Espanha recebeu o Prémio EDEBÉ de Literatura Infantil e o Atrapallibres Award (um prémio atribuído pelos leitores e organizado pela secção espanhola do IBBY — International Board on Books for Young People). Em Itália recebeu o VIII Premio Nazionale Un Libro Per L’Ambiente 2015-2016 e o importante Stregga Award.
