Cristina Gil, nasceu em França e viveu em Portugal antes de ir estudar para a Inglaterra, onde reside há mais de 20 anos. A autora cresceu a ler Kafka e escritores existencialistas Franceses e foi sempre fascinada por mundos frágeis onde a menor perturbação transforma tudo num caos. Escrevendo desde a adolescência, principalmente ensaios filosóficos, sempre quis desenvolver os seus pensamentos filosóficos e foi assim que nasceu O Caso Curioso do Sr. A. A.. A história de um homem cuja vida, meticulosamente planeada, é desequilibrada para sempre por um encontro inoportuno.
