Craig Wright

Craig Wright, born in 1944 in Fort Sill, Oklahoma, holds a doctorate from Harvard University and is a professor emeritus. Henry L. and Lucy G. Moses Professor of Music at Yale University, where he teaches the popular summer course. "Exploring the Nature of Genius" Since 1973. In 2013, Wright was appointed academic director of online education at Yale University. His online course «Introduction to Classical Music» He is followed by 170,000 students. For his contribution to education, he was awarded the Yale University Prize. Sewall Award for Excellence in Undergraduate Teaching (2016) and with the DeVane Medal for Excellence in Teaching and Scholarship (2018). Wright received a Guggenheim Fellowship (1982) and an honorary doctorate from the University of Chicago (2004) and was elected a member of American Academy of Arts and Sciences (2010).
