Clementina Almeida

Clementina Pires de Almeida is a clinical psychologist specializing in infants, with a doctorate from the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences of the University of Coimbra (FPCE-UC) and certifications in child mental health in the UK and USA. With 30 years of experience working with babies, children, and their families, she is the founder of the ForBabiesBrain by Clementina clinic, a project exclusively dedicated to infants. At the clinic, in addition to her research center – the ForBabiesBrain Lab – two multisensory stimulation methods created by her are developed: BabySense and the ForBabies Spa (the first clinical spa for babies in Europe). Clementina is also the author of numerous scientific articles in foreign and national journals and regularly collaborates with radio and the press. She is the author of the ForBabiesBrain blog, the YouTube channel of the same name, and several books dedicated to babies and their parents.
