Clare Helen Welsh is a former primary school teacher turned children's author. She writes best by the sea (or on the sofa with a dog on her lap!), which is lucky because she lives close to many beautiful beaches and the sea air, in the South of England.
Clare loves to write tender and entertaining books, but she is also passionate about writing stories that help children cope with the whirlwind of feelings and emotions.
He has received numerous awards for several picture books.
She is the author of several books, including those already published in Portugal, Can Everything Change?, See the Good Side and A Maré.
