Chuang Tzu

famoso filósofo e suposto poeta taoista (daoista) chinês do século IV a.C. Seu nome significa literalmente "Mestre Zhuang" e é usado também referindo-se a uma coletânea textos supostamente seus, que incluem prosa e poesia. Sua filosofia foi muito influente no desenvolvimento do budismo zen, que evoluiu incorporando seus ensinamentos. Seu nome aparece grafado também nas seguintes formas: Chuang Tsu, Chuang Tse, Zhuang Tzu, Zhuang Tze, Zhuang Tse, Zhuang Tsu, Chouang-Dsi, Chuang Chou, Tchuang-tsé, Tchuang-Tseu e Chuang-tzu.
