Fez os seus estudos na Escola Superior de Artes Decorativas de Estrasburgo. Designer de cartazes e ilustrador, colabora com a imprensa e com diversas publicações direcionadas para o público infantojuvenil. É autor de vários álbuns ilustrados, que integram sobretudo o catálogo da Rouergue, da Didier ou da Grandor. Atualmente, as suas obras estão traduzidas em cerca de dez línguas. É ainda realizador de curtas de animação para uma produtora audiovisual. Vive e trabalha em Estrasburgo. http://www.christianvoltz.com
