Chevy Stevens grew up on a ranch near Vancouver Island and still calls it home today. Most of his adult life he worked as a gift salesperson and later as a real estate agent. Between empty walls waiting for potential clients, he spent hours thinking about what could one day happen to him. The most terrifying scenario was kidnapping, and that's where the idea of ​​writing came from. Still MissingSix months later, Chevy sold her house and stopped selling real estate so she could finish the book, and today she is a full-time writer, which allows her to balance family life with her favorite hobby: mountaineering.
