Chelsea Bieker é autora do romance de estreia Godshot, que foi nomeado para o Center for Fiction’s First Novel Prize e foi a Escolha do Mês da Barnes & Noble, além de ter sido considerado um dos Melhores Livros do Ano pela NPR. A sua coletânea de contos, Heartbroke, venceu o California Book Award e foi selecionada pelo New York Times como Melhor Livro da Califórnia de 2022. Recebeu o Rona Jaffe Writers’ Award e foi agraciada com residências literárias na MacDowell e na Tin House.
O seu trabalho foi publicado em The Paris Review, Marie Claire UK e The Wall Street Journal.
Criada no Havai e na Califórnia, vive atualmente em Portland, Oregon, com o marido e os dois filhos.
