Cesar Millan, fundador do Centro de Psicologia Canina, de Los Angeles, é apresentador do programa Dog Whisperer with Cesar Millan, no National Geographic Channel. Em 2005, o secretariado do Prémio Génesis da National Humane Society atribuiu-lhe a Comenda Especial, pelo seu trabalho de reabilitação de cães recolhidos nos canis. Nascido em Culican, México, Cesar Millan vive em Los Angeles com a mulher, Ilusion e dois filhos, Andre e Calvin.
