É professor de Física e Química desde o final da década de 1990.
Com formação científica e uma atenção constante às transformações tecnológicas do mundo contemporâneo, tem desenvolvido uma reflexão pessoal sobre o impacto dessas mudanças na experiência humana.
O Último Século Humano é o seu primeiro romance, no qual cruza ciência e literatura numa abordagem centrada nas pessoas, explorando temas como tempo, memória e identidade.
Transmontano, estudou em Braga e vive nos Açores há mais de duas décadas.
