Catarina Frois é professora auxiliar com agregação no Departamento de Antropologia do ISCTE e atualmente desempenha a função de presidente no Centro em Rede de Investigação em Antropologia. O seu trabalho centra-se no estudo da marginalidade, do crime e da segurança numa perspetiva interseccional em torno de justiça e direitos humanos.
