Caroline Roque nasceu em 1975 em Perpignan. Estudou no Liceu Arago. Oito anos mais tarde, durante o último ano da sua tese de química na Universidade de Toulouse-III-Paul-Sabatier, decidiu mudar de rumo e dedicou-se à escrita.
Juntamente com Bertrand Escaich, formaram a dupla Béka, autores de séries de banda desenhada para a Bamboo Édition, Dargaud e Dupuis.
Sob o seu próprio nome, escreve também livros ilustrados para os mais pequenos, publicados pela Mijade e pela Auzou.
