Carina Palma

Carina Palma é mãe, enfermeira especialista em saúde materna e obstétrica, natural de uma aldeia do Baixo Alentejo. Desde jovem, sempre teve uma visão diferenciada e preferia cuidar dos outros. Após concluir o curso de enfermagem em 2014, mudou-se para Lisboa, onde trabalhou na área materno-infantil até 2019, quando decidiu procurar um equilíbrio entre autocuidado e trabalho independente. Completou a especialização em saúde materna em 2022 e, atualmente, acompanha mulheres e casais durante a gravidez e o pós-parto em consultas e partilhando conteúdos educativos.
O nascimento da sua filha trouxe uma transformação profunda à sua vida, especialmente no pós-parto, um período que ela acredita precisar de mais atenção e suporte à mulher.
