Bobbie Peers (1974) deixou a sua marca na história do cinema norueguês ao vencer a Palma de Ouro em Cannes com a curta-metragem Sniffer, prémio que constitui um ponto de referência dos muitos da sua carreira como realizador e argumentista.
Em 2015 lançou o seu primeiro livro, William Wenton e o puzzle impossível, o título inicial de uma série cujo herói adolescente é um génio da criptografia.
