Bernardo Ferrão é coapresentador do programa da SIC Notícias Quem Diria.
Jornalista na SIC desde 1999 especializado em Política. Algumas das suas grandes reportagens mereceram prémios (ex. Unesco) e nomeações internacionais (Figra, Festival de Monte-Carlo). Em 2010 foi membro da GMF (German Marshall Fund) dos Estados Unidos. Em 1998 passou pela RTA-Television, canal luso-americano em Los Angeles, EUA.
Tem formação em jornalismo Multiplataforma - Newsplex pela Universidade da Carolina do Sul e é formador de cursos de jornalismo em televisão no CENJOR e na ETIC.
É licenciado em Ciências da Comunicação pela Universidade Fernando Pessoa, Porto.
