Bernardino Gomes

Berbardino Gomes é licenciado em Ciências Políticas pela Universidade de Lovaina, Bélgica. Foi director do Gabinete de Estudos e Planeamento do Ministério dos Negócios Estrangeiros e Chefe de Gabinete do primeiro-ministro Mário Soares; administrador da Fundação Luso-Americana para o Desenvolvimento; assessor do Instituto de Defesa Nacional e membro do Grupo de Planeamento Estratégico do Ministério da Defesa Nacional. Foi presidente da Associação do Tratado do Atlântico e é presidente da Comissão Portuguesa do Atlântico; é assessor do Ministério dos Negócios Estrangeiros e investigador no Instituto Português de Relações Internacionais.
