Augusto Alves da Silva

Augusto Alves da Silva (Lisboa, 1963), estudou no Instituto Superior Técnico (Engenharia Civil, 1981/84), no London College of Printing (B.A. Hons, Fotografia, 1989), e na Slade School of fine Art, Lisboa (M. F. A. media 1997), com duas bolsas de estudo da Fundação Calouste Gulbenkian (1987/89 e 1995/97). Foi nomeado para o Citybank Private Bank Photography Prize 1999. É representado em Inglaterra pela Rocket Gallery, Londres. Vive e trabalha em Londres e Lisboa.
