Aslak Nore

Aslak Nore é um jornalista, editor e escritor norueguês. Formou-se na Universidade de Oslo e na New School for Social Research em Nova Iorque e serviu no batalhão de elite norueguês Telemark na Bósnia.
Um aventureiro dos tempos modernos, Nore viveu na América Latina e trabalhou como jornalista no Médio Oriente e no Afeganistão. Publicou vários livros de não ficção e quatro romances, e ganhou o Prémio River para melhor policial na Noruega em 2018.
O Cemitério do Mar é o primeiro romance de uma série épica de enorme sucesso internacional que se centra nas intrigas de uma família norueguesa fictícia, entrelaçadas com acontecimentos reais durante a Segunda Guerra Mundial.
Aslak Nore vive na Provença, em França.
