António Silva Soares

António Manuel da Silva Soares, Licenciado em Economia, Mestre em Análise Financeira, e Professor na Universidade Lusíada.
Atualmente, é Presidente da Direção do Fórum Abel Varzim desde 2014, ao qual pertence desde 2003.
Tem cooperado e animado a revista Transformar e levado a cabo a divulgação do pensamento do padre Abel Varzim nos dias de hoje, reforçando a atualidade das questões abordadas, no que diz respeito ao combate ao Tráfico de Seres Humanos e à prostituição, sempre na defesa constante dos valores da pessoa humana.
É membro da Comissão Nacional Justiça e Paz, Presidente do conselho fiscal da Cáritas Diocesana de Setúbal e membro do Conselho Fiscal do Centro Jovem Tabor.
