António Pinhão Ferreira nasceu e cresceu na Póvoa de Varzim, onde exerce medicina dentária. Vive em Vila do Conde há 18 anos. Guitarrista por hobby, tocou em várias bandas e editou um álbum com Gatilho. É casado e tem dois filhos. Submersas é o seu primeiro romance.
