António Neves de Oliveira, natural de S. Cosme de Gondomar. Profissional Engenharia Civil desde 1980 e escultor por paixão, formado na Escola de artes decorativas Soares dos Reis no ano de 1971. Tem participado em várias exposições coletivas de Artes Plásticas, principalmente desenho e escultura. Tem participado em diversas coletâneas de Poesia e Prosa, nomeadamente Lugares e Palavras de Natal, Lugares e Palavras do Porto, Universo da Poesia, Antologia de Poesia Contemporânea, Livro Aberto, Mimos de Maio 2018, Mimos de Novembro 2018, Mimos de Abril 2019 e Mimos de Outubro 2019. Em 2014, publicou o romance "A singular vida de José Almeida", através da editora "Lugar da Palavra".
