Jurista e historiador, Prova de Vida é o seu quarto livro publicado na Tinta-da-china, depois de Matar o Salazar: O atentado de Julho de 1937 (2017), «Morte à PIDE!»: A queda da polícia política do Estado Novo (2019) e «O Mais Sacana Possível»: A revista Almanaque, 1959-1961 (2022).
