António Aragão

António Aragão (Madeira, 1921-2008), poeta, escritor, pintor, historiador, foi um dos mais ativos autores da poesia experimental portuguesa. Organizador da revista Poesia Experimental (1964 e 1966), participou nas principais iniciativas do experimentalismo literário em Portugal bem como em inúmeras exposições, revistas e projetos no estrangeiro. O seu domínio de ação artístico-literária estende-se da poesia experimental à poesia concreta e visual, abarcando ainda a ficção experimental, o teatro e a eletrografia. O conjunto da obra de António Aragão é marcado por uma acutilante visão crítica do mundo, dos discursos e dos poderes instituídos.
