Anthony O'Neill

Anthony O'Neill nasceu em Melbourne, Austrália, em 1964, e escreveu o seu primeiro romance com apenas 12 anos. Depois de desistir da universidade onde estudava, lançou-se numa série de trabalhos pouco gratificantes, antes de publicar o seu primeiro grande sucesso literário, Scheherazade, um clássico das mil e uma noites revisitado. É, também, autor de The Lamplighter, uma história do macabro. Depois de publicado em doze línguas, chega finalmente a Portugal através de O Império da Eternidade, uma obra que coloca o leitor diante das maravilhas e segredos do Egipto antigo.
Anthony O’neill vive actualmente em Murrumbena, Vitória.
